The Domino Effect (KB)

When something doesn't go our way or we are fed up with one situation or another, we may take out our frustration on someone. What we don't see in these moments, however, is that the negative energy we released doesn't stay with that one person. It actually catapults to the next person whom that person comes in contact with and then continues right on down the line. The same goes for positive energy. One smile or friendly hello can make someone's day and ripple out to effect many more people. Today, be conscious to create a domino effect of positive energy. When you smile, others smile. In fact, when you smile, the whole universe smiles back.
