The 12 Days of Aries: Returning to "At-one-ment," Day 11: Aquarius (KB)

Under the influence of Aquarius, we may hold the belief system that our value is derived from our uniqueness, our sense of freedom, or our ability to be different. The motto for Aquarius is “I know, therefore I am.” When operating from this belief system, we will find ourselves falling into victim mode when we experience situations in which we are forced to conform to a larger group or are told what to do. Today, we have the opportunity to uproot this belief system and thereby change what we experience. By so doing, we return to at-one-ment, understanding that true freedom comes from our connection to the spark of the Creator within us; for when we are connected with that spark, no one and nothing can put out our flame. Before you begin this cleansing exercise, take a minute to recognize if and how this shows up in your life and remember that what you own, you can change. 1. Acknowledge that you are 100% responsible for everything that happens in your life. 2. Petition the Creator to help you in this process. 3. Meditate on the letters Vav Hei Vav (see bottom of email) to uproot your belief that your value is based on your ability to be different and unique. 4. Meditate on the letters Hei Hei Ayin (see bottom of email) to infuse yourself with the love that flows from the Creator throughout the entire universe. 5. Thank the Creator for allowing you this process. You can repeat this process as many times as you want or need to during the day, especially when or if you find yourself in a situation where you are reacting like an Aquarius.
