The 12 Days of Aries: Returning to "At-one-ment," Day 5: Leo (KB)

Under Leo’s influence, we can hold the belief system that our value is derived from the respect (even if unearned) of those around us. When operating from this belief system, we can become a victim in situations where we don’t automatically feel this respect from people. Today, we have the opportunity to uproot the belief system that our value depends on what other people think of us and thereby change what we experience. Doing this allows us to bring ourselves back into at-one-ment with the Source, for ultimately, we deserve respect not because of who we think we are from an ego place, but because of the Light of the Creator that resides within us and within all beings. Before you begin the cleansing exercise, take a minute to recognize if and how this shows up in your life and remember that what you own, you can change. 1. Acknowledge that you are 100% responsible for everything that happens in your life. 2. Petition the Creator to help you in this process. 3. Meditate on the letters Vav Hei Vav (see bottom of email) to uproot the belief system that your value comes from what other people think about you. 4. Meditate on the letters Hei Hei Ayin (see bottom of email) to infuse yourself with the love that flows from the Creator throughout the entire universe. 5. Thank the Creator for allowing you this process. You can repeat this as many times as you want or need to during the day, especially when or if you find yourself in a situation where you are reacting like a Leo.
